Working with film maker and nature enthusiast Mat Thompson, I wrote the score for his documentary Hudson’s Monarch about the stag beetle. Meticulously filmed and edited over more than three years, Hudson’s Monarch is a beautiful production exploring the six-year life cycle of the stag beetle and how this is now under threat. Submitted to the Wildscreen Festival 2010, we’ve just been confirmed as the winner of the BBC Newcomer Award!
I will post the film up shortly (or get in contact and I’ll send you a copy), but here are some snapshots for you to get a feel of the film:

Hi, Just wanted to say what a great job you did on Hudson’s Monarch.
I was priveleged to be at the Panda awards last year where it won and I was looking around the internet to try and watch it again.
Could I take you up on the offer by sending me a copy?
I got this email, but there was no email address with it (problems with my contact form). If you read this, send me another email via the new contact form and it should work!
Thanks
Cato
