ADT Security

In this ADT Security ad, ‘human monkies’ jump across roofs alerting neighbours that a house is about to get burgled. The music was originally based on Krzysztof Penderecki’s Kanon For Orchestra And Tape from The Exorcist, but was quickly ‘softened-down’ for viewers as the producers were concerned it would be too scary. It’s like a Bambi version of 24 Days Later.

White Wood documentary

Recently, I wrote the music for a nature documentary by Lou Astbury that won the BBC Newcomer award (part of the Wildscreen Festival). This 12 minute film is a journey through the beautiful woods of Dartmoor in Devon (UK) told by a local who explains how legends, such as that of unicorns and fairies, are not myths at all, but rather anecdotes describing the beauty of nature around us.
